1. Objectives of the education and success criteria

It is recommended to select at least two performance measures. The first measurements should be carried out before the educational analysis begins.

2. Analysis of staff training needs

Various ways can be used to identify the staff's need for education and training. One way is to send an electronic survey to a company's staff to assess their need for training.

Before a survey is sent out, staff must be informed about the purpose and goals of the survey. It is recommended to invite all staff to an introductory meeting with the manager and send an email with all the main information.

3. Setting up an educational program

4. Education takes place and results are evaluated
