Education for the future

Education for the future is a project where managers are offered help to

determine the goals of education
identify educational needs
set up targeted education and training
measure the effectiveness of education.

A grant for the project is applied for from the vocational training funds of the working world, and therefore the advice is free of charge to the companies.

Work schedule

Introduction

The competence center and project managers visit companies and offer advice and support to establish targeted training. Grants are applied for from the vocational training funds for the project.

Analysis of educational needs

The project manager and company manager define the objectives of the project and conduct a learning analysis.

Educational program

The results of the educational analysis are processed. The project manager and company manager organize training/seminars.

Follow up

After the training has been carried out, the project manager and the company manager examine how it went and whether the goal of the training was achieved.
