Nichole Leigh Mosty takes up a part-time job at Höfnisetir tourism. Nichole was born in the USA but has lived and worked in Iceland for over 20 years. Nichole has a B.Ed – degree in Preschool Teacher Studies and an M.Ed degree in Learning and Pedagogy. She has worked as a Kindergarten Principal, Member of Parliament, Director of the Multicultural Center, President of the Association of Women of Foreign Origin in Iceland and has served on various committees and councils in the field of community development and education. Nichole will start her PhD in the fall of 2024 and research the role of lifelong learning in enrollment.
