The Swedish Center for Tourism, the Swedish Tourism Association (SAF) and the regional Destination and Market Offices invite tourism providers to open meetings in the spring of 2023. The meetings will focus on ways to increase competence, quality and profitability in Icelandic tourism, and the importance of good staff training will be discussed in particular. .

There will be a total of eight meetings across the country. The agenda of each meeting is tailored to the region and the issues will be in line with what is burning in the tourism industry at any given time. At the meetings, companies and business partners will share experiences, good advice and discuss the main challenges related to service quality and staff training. In addition, panels and open discussions will be offered.

Light refreshments will be available for participants and some lucky guests will be redeemed with good gifts.
