Foreign staff and the recruitment process: Education morning of the tourism industry 1 March

The Tourism Competence Center and SAF are announcing Menntamorgun ferðaþjónustan on Tuesday 1 March. at 9.00. The meeting will focus on the recruitment process when it comes to hiring foreign nationals and multiculturalism in the workplace. 

The professional and good reception of new staff is the key to a successful collaboration. Different rules apply to foreign nationals depending on whether they come from a member state within or outside the EEA / EFTA.

Guidelines for employers and employees will be introduced to facilitate the recruitment process and provide an overview of what needs to be done. 

The program runs from 9.00 to 9.45 and it will be possible to follow the flow on the Facebook page Tourism Fitness Center.
